Infra-red Heating System

We offer infra-red heated systems, which are heating products. These help in fast heating and consumes less energy as radiational heat transfer takes place instead of convectional heat transfer. Further, infrared bulbs, tubes or ceramic heating elements are used as heat source, which will flood the area around it with radiant energy with maximum temperature of 300 degree centigrade. Options : • Instead of belt conveyor, we provide monorail conveyors • Controls : PID, SSR, SCR and other advanced controllers are incorporated with the systems • Air circulation : Infrared heating system with air circulation can be offered inside the oven Applications : • Paint baking • Powder coating • Lacquering • Coating on T.V, radio cabinet, plastic/metal lights of vehicles
